CNT Conductivity

According to Lekawa-Raus et. al., Electrical Properties of Carbon Nanotube Based Fibers and Their Future Use in Electrical Wiring, the maximum conductance (quantum limited) of an individual SWNT (armchair) is G = 4e²/h ≈ 0.15 S・m ( m/Ω ). The minimum diameter SWNT (3,3) is about 0.43 nanometers; about 50 carbon atoms per nanometer, or 5e10*2e-26 kg/m or 1e-15 kg/m per SWNT. A 1kg/m bundle of SWNT (3,3) will have a conductance of 1.5e14 S・m.
